Founded in 2005, by Mayur Joshi and Pradeep Akkunoor Indiaforensic Consultancy Services (ICS) is a Pune-based consultancy organization engaged in fraud examination and forensic accounting in India. ICS has worked on a number of cases involving bank frauds, frauds in the IT industry and occupational frauds across several companies requiring in-depth computer forensics and fraud investigation skills. As a leading provider anti-fraud services in the country, ICS conducts independent research, informs and supports those engaged in fighting fraud. Eligibility

The candidate should be an MBA/CA/CFE  with 4 to 5 years of experience in the field of forensic accounting and fraud examiner and should not be more than 35 years of age. The candidate should handle a team and motivate his team member on that regard. He should plan and execute the target and monitor his team's performance on retention and pro-active basis.

Role

The Education Director, will be the key person driving the growth of business by providing innovative solutions in the development of new anti-fraud educational programs and resources in India. ICS is the premier consulting organization in the field of forensic accounting and fraud examination in India. The individual will be focused on 
1.Developing new market of Private sector banks for ICS's Bank Forensic Accounting product. 
2.Negotiate with the Universities in India for co-branding with ICS.
3.Upgrading,enhancing or adding new products to the existing educational product line.
4.Working closely with the funding agencies
5.Identifying the new e-learning resource providers.

Salary

The salary package will be the best in the industry for all the above positions and will also be compensated on the performance basis.
